Military Order of the Purple Heart

The Military Order of the Purple Heart represents nearly 130000 Purple Heart recipients and their families with more than 50 regional groups nationwide. MOPH is the only veterans service organization chartered by Congress to advocate for the interests of combat-wounded veterans. Services include free VA claims assistance scholarships support for hospitalized veterans legislative advocacy and community programs. MOPH helps Purple Heart recipients and their families access earned benefits through expert service officers and provides support through thrift store operations and community fundraising. Membership is open to legally qualified Purple Heart recipients from WWII to present.
